Worth mentioning that shipping will run in excess of $100 most likely. It is just heavy enough that your local Fedex won't take it (mine was drained and over by about 5lbs I think it was) and doesn't fit the traditional boxes either so they'll have to make a custom heavy duty box for you.

Mine was from FL to PA and ran $175 including packaging!

Keep in mind that there 2 different pinion flanges styles for the 15-17 MY. One for the auto and the other for the 6M as the drive shafts are different . It is my understanding sometime with the MY 18 a change was made to the drive shaft design as a result add 2 new pinion flanges to the mix. Attached file is a Ford how to swap from a manual to Auto with 1st gen drive shafts.

I have a 2019 A10 with 3:15. Would like to go to 3:55 . Exactly what is needed to swap out.

That depends on what your trying to do? Do you care if it’s a iron housing? If you want a iron housing for more strength than you will need a rear out of a manual car and have to swap the flange to a automatic type, if your not after strength then you can find a aluminum housing from a a10 auto w/3:55’s and it would be a straight swap.

So the A10 cars (non-PP) have the aluminum housing even if they have optional 3.55s?

I think All A10 cars have aluminum housing, mine is a non with 3.55 and it’s aluminum, I believe the same is for the a6, only cars that have iron are manual cars, I believe

For the 2018/19:
Depending on if you are buying new or used, the Performance Pack equipped Mustangs all now have a Torsen rear.

GT MT82 w/ Torsen has 3.73’s.

GT or EB 10R80 w/ Torsen has 3.55’s.

The cases are iron regardless if the trans is a 10R80 or the MT82. Again, be aware of the auto vs. manual trans rear diff pinion flanges. Another thing to be aware of with 2018/19 rear diffs, if it matters to you - the 2018/19 PP rear diff cover is predrilled for the rear axle temp sensor. I’m not sure if the diff cover on a 2018/19 w/3.15’s even has the sensor.

A 2018-2019 EB or GT PP iron pumpkin is coated black, with all gray cast aluminum rear cover.

TIP:
- If the rear diff has Trac-loc guts, you won't be able to see through it with axles removed. There will be a "bar" in the hole which is for the spider gears.

- If the rear diff has Torsen guts, you'll be able to see through it with axles removed.

Not sure about the 10 speed, but when I was looking into adding a 3:55 differential to my 6R80, there was some debate over what was needed to change the auto shift points. Some people said a tuner could do it, others said FORScan was needed, and even a few people said nothing was needed, but I never found a definite answer. I would like to get one of the new performance pack 3:55 torsen diffs.
