Still nothing:( My November 2021 order still seems to be unscheduled. A little more than a month ago I also put in an identical order at a different dealer, figured why not. Unsurprisingly that one hasn’t had any updates either. I know there’s still some time to hear something between today and tomorrow (and cleanup scheduling next week during which I’m sure nothing will happen), but after that I’m about down to my last possibility before production ends. I always knew it’d be a long wait, but ordering last November I didn’t think it’d come down towards the end like this.
That sucks, what is your dealer saying? Your order should have already been escalated up to the reg. Mgt. or whoever can make it the highest priority!

Ford Performance is telling my my car is now “previewing”, when I checked last month it was still “clean/unscheduled”…my understanding of this is that the car has been pulled to a list for possible scheduling? Hopefully I will get some good news soon?
Got the email from Ford today, I won’t be surprised if this gets pushed back as other have, but getting the VIN and a date is the biggest hurdle so I’m feeling way better about actually getting the car now! Good luck to everyone else!

Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of September 5, 2022.

Not saying much. It’s from what I believe is a relatively high volume dealer that had a lot of orders. Some people think that’s a good thing, but so far I feel like it may only hurt. When I ask about having something done to change the priority, it pretty much gets ignored. They did tell me last week that a couple Mach 1’s that were previewing were 21’s that were reordered when they got canceled, so yes they deserve to be ahead of me. But it seems crazy that I ordered in November and it feels now more than ever like I could face the reality of the order being canceled.

Getting the VIN and a date is definitely the hardest part in my opinion. My dealer told me that there was a 10% chance of my Mach 1 being canceled and not to worry. Unfortunately, that worried me greatly. Even a measly 10% chance of me not being able to get the car made me feel uneasy. I'm a very patient person, but having the guarantee of a VIN makes the wait a whole lot easier. Also does priority matter? Mine is priority 19 and I thought that was supposed to be back of the list.

Yeah, essentially priority 19 means you’re at the end of the customer order list. But it doesn’t mean everything, from what I understand you could be at priority 19 and still get scheduled over someone with a lower priority. I also believe that once the priority goes below 10 your chances of getting scheduled go up a lot. It seems like most people get priority 2 or 1 right before they are scheduled.

I see thanks for the info, I guess it's all luck based like a drawing since it doesn't seem to be going by order.

There seems to be part of the equation that makes total sense : parts availability, options currently being produced, etc. but then there’s a very arbitrary thing where they try to spread out the supply geographically. As well as dealers with really high volume and really low volume getting cars faster than all the ones in the middle.

It does sound like Ford started to clamp down on new orders coming in (like they have done for other models) so if that’s true then hopefully it means they’re looking at the numbers and working on getting all open orders built. It’s also a toss up on what happens between end of 22 model and the debut of the s650…maybe they will keep building mach1s to fill outstanding orders after the official cutoff.

That makes a lot of sense, my dealer told me that there wasn't going to be a 2023 Mach 1, but if any orders from 2022 get produced in 2023, they would be 2022 models. I hope that's the case, hope everyone who ordered a Mach 1 gets theirs. I'm keeping mine, I intend to drive it and enjoy it and it will definitely be a garage queen. LOL

10-19 priorities are within your dealership. If there are others at your dealer at 10-18, then they will get scheduled before you. If no others then 19 makes no difference. Anything higher (lower number) than 10 are set by Ford Regional.

The factory switch out from 22MR to 23MR scheduled to occur third week of November. They stop taking orders for 2022 in mid-Sept and start taking orders for 2023s.

No way!!!! I can’t believe this! Didn’t get any email from Ford so I figured, eh, let me check in with the dealer to see if there happens to be any updates. Mind you, this is the dealer where I placed an order only a little more than a month ago on June 8, just because I felt like it couldn’t hurt to get another order in there just in case something crazy happens. Well I got a response back and it’s scheduled for 9/19! I am shocked! See, its unfortunate for those who have been waiting for so long, but considering my initial order I’ve been waiting about 8 months and hearing nothing, I feel like I deserve this news haha.

@aham23 Did you get an email / scheduled date yet? You are before me and I haven't received anything today so far.
