EG definitely needs yellow or white stripes and med-bright wheels.

Hopefully they’ll both roll off the assembly line on the 28th. Be interesting to see how close they are when we get our stickers.

Do they even let EB's on the same assembly line as Mach 1's?
Mine is due Tuesday, but hoping they both get shipped out together, soon!

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! I’m also amazed at their system. Would be so easy to have the system crank out periodic emails when things change. Duh! I’m just really glad it changed and won’t complain too much for now!!!

Well that did the trick, freaking firefox! Mine has a Dot in the "In Production" circle now too.

Can't get a sticker yet.

Must be being built in the body shop and getting parts gathered??? I don't know why they have to be so secretive about the whole process. You would think it would be pretty easy to have a tracking app to show what's happening. I feel like an expectant father, from back in the days when you didn't get to go "help" with childbirth. You just paced back and forth in the waiting room.

All I want is a mini drone to follow the chassis around from start to finish, is that too much to ask for???

I was also thinking Lime Green trim, like the Aston Martin F1 and GT cars.

Don’t really know. Would make sense that they’d do a run of same models, but I think they do a run of mixed cars.

They also have a brushed bronze that is more shiny/copper colored.

I had never heard of them but a friend of mine got a set (different style, 3pc) for his R8, they seem very good quality, flow formed, and the sales people were super helpful picking the offset and detials.

the assembly guys would be bored and put to sleep if it was a solid stream of the same. They need the 'shock' to their system that installing a variety of textures and colors inparts.

According to that site, mine is delivered.

I wouldn't think it takes that long to prepare the car and send paperwork, but here we are... Maybe I am just extremely impatient, but i'm having trouble resisting the urge to email Chapman again and ask for another update lol

At the time, my dealer wanted two business days; that almost turned into three for various reasons. Splitters and Gurney flaps need to be installed. And if the cars have Recaros, these arrive disassembled. Then, the dealer inspection can begin, before calling the client over.

Chapman does a lot of business, especially with remote clients. A lot of Mustangs. While one client might not have the features I referenced, those tasks on other cars, volume and ferrying papers could make it take longer for everyone.

Yeah that's more than fair. I just wish they were a little more communicative than "don't call us, we'll call you" considering I need to schedule a flight/transportation, etc

The wait is almost over at this point, I'm just getting antsy knowing it's either pick it up in either 3 days or 2-3 weeks from now.
