Welp… mine has been offloaded from the train and the dealer has marked it hot to be expedited to the lot. The ETA is Friday. Fingers crossed for a fast delivery and that everything is ok!

Its Friday 7-29, Its making progress.
Now I just have to get my list of upgrades to Granger to be ordered and ready when the car comes.

I will post another message with what I am thinking on all that.

And thanks Traxiii for checking, Im thinking of having Granger swap out my tires to All Seasons for the drive home....

I picked up Skye on 24 June. One week later, the wheel lip moldings arrived; they were resting in parts. I got a sense they might be there, shortly after removing my tin foil hat. Asked of them and picked up today.

I think I was fortunate enough to get them before the current shortage. Note the "Fragile" sticker followed up by the hole. They do wrap the lips to keep them from getting scratched. Was lucky. The moldings were on another side of the box when the hole was made. The protective foam didn't get nicked.

On a 2022 non HP 700a I m seeing about a $3K price increase over 2021. (MSRP speaking)

Is that the current MSRP or back in November, or April/May???

Skye was received with a slight chip on the trailing edge of one door. I thought best to take care of it myself.

Whether awaiting your car or if already have it, consider buying a paint correcting pen now and stow it. Hopefully, you'll never need it.

I thought I could pick one up at the dealer. The closest one was in Kansas. Took a week. Not a big deal, but if you need it for PPF work or something of the sort, it could affect your plans or schedule.

Granger can help you ship them home or you might be able to find someone to sell directly to from here. I had an offer when I just mentioned thinking about selling them. He was going to send me $1000 through zelle and emaiil me shipping labels.

Most of the scheduling and notices of such, go out on Thursdays or Fridays.

Scheduling is a several day process with dealers, with notification emails normally sent on Thursday and Friday.
