GOOD NEWS!
Ford will be scheduling Mustang production for May next week. First time scheduling since the end of February, when they did scheduling for April. If you get picked your dealer should know by 3/25, for Build Week dates of 5/2, 5/9 and 5/16. They do the actual scheduling on Thursdays, sometimes going over to Friday mornings.

I'm now looking at a July delivery then I reckon.

yeah, but my order is a prio 19 5 weeks after order books. so I reckon I'll be an early june build, about one month afterthis scheduling. plus a month, puts me at july.

right in time for my 40th birthday, first week of july. hurrah mid life crisis over-the-hill

They build about 1000 mustangs a week Based on yearly production. Obviously there are other restrictions on M1s, but a lot if they have parts.

Just got of the phone with Ford and they told me that Oct/Nov time frame Mach 1 orders are starting to be scheduled.

I assume he means Mach 1's ordered in Oct & Nov 2021, of which mine is one, just barely Nov. 29.

I checked roughly about the same date and thats when they told me unscheduled / clean. I usually use the Ford Performance Chat tool, pretty responsive and I give them my order and dealer code.

That’s what I use as well. I hope we get some scheduling news next week.

Just got this e-mail from Ford. No dates .... "we've run into a few delays."

Car was ordered 11/20 with Jay from Granger.
