Roughly how long has it been taking between "in production" and "built" status?

Mine was 4 days.

My HE Non-CF is supposed to roll off the line 8/10. Then over to Penske for painted stripes.

Loaded question as it could be in production status and then a forklift scratches it the last day it’s on line. It then would stay in production status and remain there until it’s made right. Once it’s ready for delivery it’ll then go to buily status.
I saw a new vinyl HE car sitting waiting for a new motor (dropped a valve) and it stayed ‘in production’ status for much much longer than 3-4 days. Lots of variables so it’s really hard to gauge.
Vinyl stripes tend to add 1-2 days, painted add 2-4wks.

That's about what we are expecting. Special Vehicles said normally 3-4 weeks at Penske.

Sto N Sho fo sho - gets it done. Positively latches into place and can removed in seconds with a pull of the release and a tug on the plate.

Any clearance issues?

None yet and I put a few thousand mile on the car with nary a scratch from any contact on the plate frame or the mount.

Question, after the car is delivered, is there a way in the Ford system to print out the status during the whole process? Vehicle report? Chevrolet can do it but curious on the Ford. Mine has an ETA of 8/15 to the dealer.

Yes, you will have to request a copy of the VVR from your dealer. That will have everything from the time the order was placed all the way up until delivery. My dealer said they don't print them out for customers, but yours may be a bit more willing to do so.

October will be scheduling only 150 GT500’s and base cars only (no CFTP) I can’t imagine we’ll see 4k.

How many were allocated for September scheduling? Iirc 750 was the August number?
