I have it on the passenger side. Driving car spiritually, not yet tracking. Oil separator have oil inside. Driver side tube is dry. So, I'm not installing on the driver side.Passenger or driver side?
I research on this topic and most say needed. I've read the article from engineer stating that it's not needed due to port injection. You may research on your own and decide if you needed or not. IMO, given the price of this separators, it's good to have it just for piece of mind. I just saw you ordered drivers side, change to passenger side if it's not too late.So you think it’s needed or no?
IMO if it were really needed Ford would have installed one after all these years and miles of testing and actual experience. I would guess if you are a track junkie install one, if not, don't waste your money. But is it really needed with port injection?
New GT500 comes with one.IMO if it were really needed Ford would have installed one after all these years and miles of testing and actual experience. I would guess if you are a track junkie install one, if not, don't waste your money.
I believe it is worth it. I have had one on every car I have owned and they all catch a lot of gunk.I switched mine to the passenger side. Still worth it?
