Title. Cant find a reliable answer.

Id heard people saying not to go over 15pounds on the 2018/gt350 stock manifold and even lower boost on a ported one. I don't think that is correct but I cant find any data anywhere to disprove it ether.

What have you all heard?

@beefcake i think has been 25+ on a ported 350. Ive been 19ish on a stock 18 and plan on 25+ on a 350.

I've been 25+ on a ported 2018. No issues. I have seen some LS manifolds blow open on much lower boost pressures, but keep in mind those manifolds are 20yrs old and heat cycled a million times. I'm sure the epoxy and polymer gets brittle over time.

Imagine a polymer manifold exploding under boost, rails and injectors become dislodged, fuel everywhere.... Not to say that is common with coyotes but it's possible. That's why I went aluminum.

I’m with you I’ve put a good amount of boost through my factory one but will be upgrading for peace of mind!
