Bump, I've got a Fore system on the way would be nice to know how to work around that coolant fitting/hose

I just did this today. Didn’t install a Fore system, but same issue in that spot. Thanks to @Brian-17S550 who gave me some tips. Here is what I did that worked well.

Go with this striaght fitting: Dorman 800-411
Buy some 3/4” 90* heater hose and trim to fit: Dayco 80411
Then a 3/4” connector to connect to the remaining stock hose: Dorman 47095

For clamps I used those Gates Power Grip heat shrink clamps. Part number 32929. It seems not all places carry them, but I found some on Amazon. Works well and gives it a clean look: Gates Power Grip 32929

Looks factory when done. Sadly I took zero pictures…was too anxious to start the car up for the first time on e85. :)

Everything said above, but also you might have to bend that tube just a little bit. I used an extension and placed it in the tube and just bent it forward a little bit.
