Some one mentioned on a deleted forum now that the 2018+ gt350s had a digital oil pressure gauge but I don’t have this? Does anyone else have It? I have a 2018

I think that person was confusing the temperature gauge. I don't think you will see a digital oil pressure gauge on the dash, why would you want one? The numbers would be flipping by too fast to read it and the analog gauge works so well.

This topic seems to bounce around. And no, they were not confused with the temp gauge. I know the base R cars have the digital gauge because I've seen it in person. Plus the base R does not have dash gauge, so it would make sense for that car to have it. It was not in '17 (or at a minimum, it sure as $%*& isn't in my '17). Someone said it was back for '18, and yet here you are without it. I have seen photo's of non R cars with it, but not sure what year it was. Who knows!

I saw the picture of it in the deleted thread, so to the extent we can believe a photo on the internet, the instrument panel oil pressure gauge is real

If someone can provide me a VIN for a car with the gauge, I can probably figure out if it's available on cars shipped without it. A base GT350 VIN from 2016 or a base GT350R VIN would do it. The base 2016 GT350 VIN would be most useful - I'd take a shot at figuring out how to disconnect magride for folks going to coil overs. Might be possible.

Well, I'll be. I bet it is a busy digital readout in city traffic.

My 2018 does not have the digital oil pressure gauge. However, in my 2018 GT350 supplement, they show a picture of it. Strange.

Was at a show yesterday talking to an owner of an 18 GT350 and he has the digital oil pressure gauge. Said his wss a late build.

My 2018 is J3369 out of 3745 produced. So it would have to be a really late 2018 thing because I don't have it.

For the vehicles that don’t have it, is there a way to add it using Forscan, or is there possibly missing hardware that would also need to be present?

Interesting to know. I mean, I think the info is floating around in the CAN BUS. If so, it will probable take some enabling /programing.

Mine is J3497 and I also do not have it. Interestingly the 2018 supplement was printed in 2017 and the digital gauge is in that supplement.
