I bought mine from Hellhorse too... I ordered mine on December 26, Confirmed my order on the 27th and they shipped on Monday January 7, and I took delivery on Thursday Jan 10... Keep in mind that there was a holiday in there... I believe they took Monday and Tuesday off for new years, as New years day was a Tuesday. All in all it took them 7 Business days to get the parts, and then do whatever they do to them and then ship it out.

When I talked to Jeff, he said they were having problems getting parts out of Ford at the time...

I finally got my forscan to work. Called up hellhorse, and they sent me a download link a new beta thats not released yet. Fixed my issue with the IPC side.
What version of Forscan do you have? I am on 2.3.20

They sent me the 2.3.21 release.

Finally got mine programmed! Surprisingly, the 4th toggle on the tesla radio controls the different modes except I get error messages. Only the drag strip mode seems to work.

yeah i changed them to the new ones, the ok button is now located on the right side of the steering wheel.

Also my pony button doesnt do anything yet ,you think this is because its not programed or did I mess up somewhere with the switches?

I must be the unluckiest guy here. Ws super excited, bought the dash for USD$895 from ebay, from the link above.

Came cracked.. outside, and the bezel and everything was fine no signs of drop damage.

That sucks. I bought several of these and had no problems. Hope you get a new one.

I have a question...
Is this just a programming issue with the IP?

The dash toggles do not work yet, the steering toggle, the traction control toggle and the mode toggles do not work on the dash below the radio. The hazard lights DO work Also I cannot choose any gages, I can go to the menu but when I select gages to be displayed it does not let me select it.

I also get the following errors: "Adaptive Cruise" "4x4" "Blind Spot" and "Back up sensor (something to do with the sensing oncoming traffic)"

I figure these are also going to be part of the programming process.

Thanks

John

Yes all programming as long as you replaced the sccm and wheel switches.

I get all these errors too, you need to program it with forscan to toggle those features on I believe.

Yes I replaced the SCCM and Wheel switches, I think I have successfully programmed the SCCM.

The spreadsheet you made, I assume just start with the baseline you created, then add or remove the options?
