3 year customer build. Brought us a slightly wrecked 16 gt350. He wanted a 67 with the 16 powertrain and interior. Swapping that into an older chassis was not practical so we put the 67 body on the 16 chassis. Widened the body 4 inches and took 2 inches out of the front fenders so the wheelbase lines up with the fenders. Finished pulling the body off and cut the sides down to the pinch weld then built it back up with new panels. The only features from the 2016 that don't work now are the power mirrors and rear defroster.
There's s post in one of the body swap groups on Facebook. I'd link it but I'm not sure if that's against the rules.

@Cautrell05

That’s incredible work - kudos for such a conversion!

For the issue at hand, have you seen this thread yet:

and searching around, there was another S550 owner who posted this elsewhere online and it fixed his window memory issue:
There is a switch built into the door latch that tells the body controller that the door has been unlatched. It is this switch that signals the body controller to drop the window. They found a pin in the C525 connector in the path between the switch and body controller that was not locked into the connector and had come out enough to become intermittently connected.
After that Dealership repair was completed the user said he has not had any reoccurring issues.

I don’t have the schematics for that connector or wire harness, and nothing else was posted related to that quote. If someone else has the door wiring harness schematics to post up it may be helpful.
