I've got memory seats but I'm not able to set the back of my seat
The seat pisition.i can adjust the back using the toggle switch, but when hit the set button it doesn't remember the seat BACK .just the position for the seat itself.what am I missing

Memory seats only adjust the sliding portion (what's electric) that moves further or closer to the steering wheel. The back adjustment that has a physical handle is not a part of the memory function.

The closest you can come for the seatback angle is to use the passenger release on the back rather than the handle on the side when folding the seat to access the back.

I don't think it'll ever not be odd to me that the Mustang doesn't have electrically-controlled seatback or steering wheel.

I thought that at first. I don't share my car. So those settings never change for me. On seldom taken long drives I may adjust the back once or twice.

I get it with having to let people in the back seat quickly. My 2019 Edge ST had full memory seats, and those things were great if someone ever messed it all up.

Hate not having memory seats for the random times my seat gets moved to let someone sit in the back. Always a struggle to get the position back where I want it for smooth clutch action.

If you fold the seat via the release on the upper back of the seat, it will return to the same angle. If you use the handle on the side of the base, you have to manually set whatever angle you had before.

I honestly never knew that lol.

The upper folding portion of the seat is easy enough to get back to where I like it, but the forward/backward movement of the seat itself is the real pain!

Oh, I don't usually either. But I'm in and out of the back seat, it seems regularly, so I'd like the option if I screw something up.

I'm amazed at how many people don't know this.
