I haven't read through the entire thread, but I had this issue on my 2015 PP last year and it was the tires. I put new 555 G2s on the rear, but hadn't replaced the Pzero's up front and Hot damn, it would tramline so bad! After installing 555 G2 up front, the issue went away.

For informational sake, this is what I had on the car at the time:

- Air Lift Performance Digital v2 air bags
- Steeda IRS alignment kit
- Steeda IRS braces
- 25mm spacers all around

This is not alignment or suspension related, but tire related. It only happened when I had mismatched tires front/rear. I've only run PZero's and 555 G2's on it, thus far, so I can't speak for any other tires. Make sure your alignment is put back to factory spec after you replace your front tires with the 555 G2s.
Interesting. I'm waiting for my new wheels to arrive but my new set of tires are also different brand front and rear (Indy 500 up front | 555 G2s rear). After reading your experience, I may just sell the Indys and get the G2s for the front as well.

How many miles were on your front PZeros when you swapped out the rears? I'm wondering if the PZeros just suck once worn. I have 20K on my fronts and they look like they have about 45% tread left.

I think mixing different brands/tread patterns may give different results. Some brands might work better with the G2's over others. That's something you would find out as soon as you drive, though. If you don't want to take the risk, you're better off swapping the Indy's for G2's.

I'm not sure how many miles were on my front PZero's before I got the G2's, but there was a good bit of tread life left (the inners could have been worn more due to the camber/toe). I wasn't going to replace the fronts, until I realized how bad the tramlining was, so there was definitely some tread left.

SiMuL,

This is exactly what I was hoping to hear! This has been driving me CRAZY. How long did you suffer through it before replacing the fronts?

So everything is back to normal now after running matching 555 G2's and an alignment?

Hopefully there won't be enough difference in tread when I do replace the fronts that it will cause an issue...

I also think a big part of it was getting a factory spec alignment after putting the 555 G2's on the front. I know BootyNugget said he put matching ExtremeContact DWS on the front after experiencing the same issue and it didn't fix the problem, but I think from some previous posts that he didn't get another alignment after replacing the front tires. (BootyNugget please correct me if I misinterpreted!)
You did not misinterpret, I did not get it re-aligned after replacing the front tires. The dealer said the front tires showed no signs of misalignment (they were worn evenly). I did some research and found evidence to support this claim - most say that an alignment isn't necessary after a tire change if the wear on the original tires is normal. The only wear issues I had were on the rear tires when they realigned it the first time.

I'm thinking this will be the route I got. Add the G2's up front and a factory alignment with the Nitto's on all four corners.

The front PZero's at 24K look like they have 60K miles on them.

I've always been in the mindset of getting an alignment when I get new tires just so I rule out any possibility of strange wear on the new tires, but it seems these s550's with their EPS might almost require an alignment after new tires. It's crazy to think the tread difference between the PZero's and other tires are enough to cause such a pronounced issue in these cars..
