Hmmm

if the below video does not fix your car, i speculated that maybe you have a bad pilot bushing (which is located at the back of the engine).

This guy shows how to bleed the clutch pedal system (youtube info: watch?v=HkmFh7hxico). I bet this will fix your car, and I would try this if it was my car. He developed a little system that he claims will work. good luck !

I notice mine does that if I'm at an idle and let the clutch out to move forward. It goes away once I give it a little gas.

I took min to local dealer today. Easily reproduced the problem just in the parking lot. The tech drove another new one on the lot like mine back to back. He said it was night and day difference. The new one on the lot was smooth as butter he said. So they are replacing flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and other miscellaneous parts. Car just hit 1000 miles Saturday. Been doing it since I got it with 95 miles on it. The car has never been launched since I got it. Ford tech line said to check for hot spots and abuse, fluid or contamination on disc or flywheel or pressure plate, and verify flatness on mating surfaces. I'll report what we find. So if your clutch chatters, it's not normal. I hate having my brand new car torn apart, but I don't have much choIce.

Meant to post a few days ago. Had my looked at. They said if it keeps acting up and if it continues to be difficult to put the car into gear they're going to replace the exact same things

Well glad I am not the only person with these issues.... My brand new car with only 800miles is also experiencing clutch chatter. Seems to only do it when the clutch is cold, and just like everyone else just in 1st and in REV. Also hard to put into gear and def not as smooth as my traded in 15. Sometimes it seems trading for something better isn't always a smart idea.

Has anyone had luck of the dealership replacing the clutch and flywheel?
