Just wanted to give an update on my post. I have no complaints about Lund, their customer service has been prompt and polite. They suggested that I update to a tune file with Stock shifting strategies, so basically an engine-only tune. After paying $700 for an nGauge and their N/A tune, it just wasn't what I was hoping to hear as a remedy.
So basically, what it comes down to is the Lund shift strategy isn't to my liking in Normal/Sport/Sport+ drive modes. I am probably very much in the minority in that regard as I know there are tons of satisfied Lund customers. So I've decided its best to part ways and return to stock or try a different tuning vendor. No harm, no foul.
