I'm wondering what other people are getting for 0-60 time on the street. I have a GT, non PP, 6 speed car with 19 wheels that get you 255 tires. The best I can get is like 4.9 although I haven't really taken the time to do a bunch of launches to get it down it feels like it should do better. I just time it when I have a good opportunity and that isn't too often around here.

I think the best for me is race mode, hold at about 2500 RPM and dump it but then feather off the gas for just a second to not smoke them rolling in 1st, then hammer it and ride it out. Its just tough to not spin once your rolling.

Launch Control sucks for me. It spins, then bogs hard overcompensating and never really recovers. Haven't really tried it in sport mode that I can think of. Maybe I should be closer to 2000 RPM but that just sounds low to me.

So whats your best STREET time and what works best for you?

Interested as well. would hit 4.7-4.9 all day in my 14 non track pack (4.6 was my best). Ive been having trouble hooking so far in my 15PP. I'm guessing my issue is driver mod and not enough seat time with the 3.73s lol

launch control is really bad in my experience

The bogging down just kills the 60 time

Someone did a slow mo video of launch controll. You can count 9 seperate power (spinning wheels) to bogging (traction controll) cycles.

on power, off power, on power , off power is just no good for 0-60 times.

That's what I don't understand. If its no good for 0-60. WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR!?

Maybe if you have the RPM really dialed in it works but its been too much spin/bog for me on stock tires and street pavement.

Once I tuned my LC works really well now, I can definitely pull harder with it then without it. Before tune it never worked well as you guys know and I was mad at ford for putting in something that did not work.

it has an engine!
I got a 4.6 on a test drive non pp a month or so ago. No launch control just old fashioned launching. Should have snapped a picture for these threads. I dont think the track apps are accurate at all. I definitely think i could have gotten a "4.3-4.4" didn't have much time to dick with launching. I just tried for shits to see what itd get.

0-100 km/h in 5.0 flat was my best.

Premium GT non PP with stock 18" Pirelli P Zero All Seasons.

Here you go, a whole thread dedicated to talking 0-60 with the performance pack GT.

Looks like the track apps may be a bit off on the PP GT, or possibly the speedo. Gearing and tire wise the PP GT should hit 62 in 2nd but for the track apps to register that you hit 60 you have to shift to 3rd.
