The Roush CAI installed with the supercharger has a cover on it; under that cover is the conical air filter.
Do you guys leave the cover on the air filter or take it off? Pros/cons either way?
Current mods in sig; I'm chasing the 700rwhp number so many are claiming to make.
I think my next mods will be the oil pump gears and timing chain gears?
Past that, what else can I do to squeeze more out of the Roush SC? Sorry if I sound retarded, just trying to understand how I keep...

I'm doing a bunch of mods this weekend, driveshaft, clutch, half shafts, etc.
Where can I easily find the torque specs for everything as I'm putting it all together. I could go with the old feels good ideal, but I am more comfortable with torque speccing things.

Hey all, figured I'd share this. Dynoed today, mods in sig.
Just to explain the #'s; the 594hp # is on 82# pulley.
616hp was when I first got to dyno, car was warm.
622hp was letting car cool for about 30 minutes.
It was 90 degrees outside and humid.
What changes exactly? I mean sport mode is more fun to drive in my opinion (which sucks I can't make it default) but in laymans terms does it make it like say 1/4 throttle in normal mode you're at 1200 rpm and 1/4 throttle in sport mode you're at 2000 rpm?

I thought the only difference between the roush stage and gt with roush super charger is the tune?
What are they doing that they can claim 700 plus rear wheel horsepower on their stage 2 and 3 kits on on 93 octane?
Looking for experience; if the answer is wait and listen what happens to others rides so be it,
But what is the max HP I can run on 93 octane, and what does it take to get there?

How hard is it to add memory seat option? I have some back issues, and I really like the thought of the seat automatically sliding back a little when I shut the car off.
So I'm seeing half shafts for 800hp, and 1400hp. I think I read that is rear wheel horsepower rating.
If so, my car is a 95% street car, might hit track once or twice a year. I'm currently making around 620rwhp. I don't see myself hitting 800rwhp soon unless someone tells me a way on stock...
Mods are in my sig. I'm going to re dyno Friday with this 79mm pulley guessing I'm around 620rwhp.
I heard roush will release a stage 3 kit good for 800hp which is around 690 or 700rwhp.
Is that possible on 93 octane?
What is next step for me to get more power?
Doing some reading, and I'm reading the stock flywheel is aluminum?
If that's the case, should I stick with aluminum or get steel? I'm ordering the RXT Clutch, and was hoping to get some education on the flywheel before I purchase.

2) What kind of bolts did you use? Did you have to buy header gaskets or did they come with? On my Camaro I had to use stage 8 locking bolts if I remember the name correctly so the header bolts...
What is the highest safe rev limit for our m6 cars at 630rwhp?
