I was looking for a way to sit lower in the car and I stumbled across this thread: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/seat-lowering.148871/

So, I whipped out the drivers seat and got looking. Following the picture I pushed the 4 clips to the other side of the bar and then used steel cable ties to hold them in place for if my wife needs to drive and has the seat up high.
Put it all back together and I'm just over an inch lower in the car now. Excellent. Seat ventilation still works as does everything else.

Also, one of my rear windows was misaligned. So, I followed this thread: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/rear-window-adjustment.217137/
and now I have perfectly aligned windows.

That was a good couple of hours work for two good results. All thanks to my Mustang brothers and sisters on this forum.

Did you have a water pump failure, or were you just being proactive?

Failure. I bought used, so I'm not certain what condition the coolant was in. Then I had the coolant changed, and the morons put GM coolant in it. That's when the leak started.

FWIW, I got Supercool's coolant dye, and it was amazing. It showed the leak so well, I didn't even need the black light.

Im happy I bought it! Also have a custom engraved and painted rear seat delete on the way and a new set of tail lights. I have a build thread on here I'll be posting it all too.

It was packaged kinda crappy. It was literally just sitting inside a card board box with a piece of foam on each corner of the hood. I was expecting it to at least be wrapped in bubble wrap.

There are quite a few imperfections in it as well. There is no way it's ready for paint I can tell you that. Not what I was expecting after spending that kind of money.

It's not heavy at all. Felt kind of light for a hood and the vent is now at the back. And that back vent is way bigger that the two factory vents on the hood.

EMP has fantastic customer service and they shipped out my rear seat delete kit today. They sent me a picture of what it looks like. Should be here in a few days and then I will install it.

I paid for custom engraving, painted version, carpet floor piece and carpet piece facing trunk. Basically got it fully optioned.

That or equivalent should be mandatory for 2018 on. The factory hood "s" curve looks worse than an entire Pontiac Aztec (sp?).
