Finally after a year of procrastination I added my oil pressure sensor and wired it up. 96psi start up, 60psi idle.

Completed the Performance Power Pack 2 add-on (M9603M8A-Thanks Ben@Leavittown) with the Procal3 calibration. Makes those Borlas (M5230M8TBV) sound even nicer! An easy 2 hour job that went without issues until the very end... DO NOT LEAVE PHONE/BLUETOOTH ACTIVATED! One call killed the re-flash and locked up my PCM for a bit. Quick call to Ford Tech Service was useless (Tow it to a dealer!) so I did some online searching and found out the Procal copies the "As Built" (Like Forscan) and after a few attempts I got it to "restore", recognize and verify the PCM, and then was able to program. A frustrating, but correctable error on my part. Never new the Ford PCM was so sensitive to voltage variation. A cell phone call of all things!
Anyways... a highly recommended upgrade for those who have not made the switch... sounds, shifts and drives much better and is how the factory should have built these!
Also used the Forscan code to turn on the lighted sill plates that Ford turned off on the 50th package (Thanks Nemesis911, 7B7-01-01 0142 000 03 convertible code works perfectly!) Nice way to spend a Monday!

Used my new borescope to look for a lost earbud under my seat while trying to put on my helmet a week ago. Didn't find it but I saw my little pocket knife that I lost at the track a year earlier!

It is a brand-new 2018 manifold. I did a smoke test and had no leaks, and the system held 5 LBS of pressure for several minutes. The codes are stacked and repeat and the only thing that will do cylinder specific misfire codes and stack them is the crank sensor. The car runs great and I am not having misfires, but the ECM is still sending misfire codes.

I ordered a crank position sensor from rock auto, and it came yesterday. The bag had the right part number on it, but the part was wrong and now they want to charge me $8.45 to send it back. The return policy even says free returns if they are at fault. It seems that a lot of people think that the sensor at the back of the 5.0 is a crank position sensor, IT IS NOT. The crank position sensor is in the front of the motor and behind the A/C pump. The sensor in the rear of the engine is a transmission speed sensor, and it is about 6" long. The crank position sensor is only about 2.5" long. DY-1293 or JR3Z-6C315-A are the Motor craft part numbers. I have seen multiple videos that mislabel these two sensors, even from LMR.

Finished installing the oem Mach 1 exhaust with a Roush H pipe today. Going to take it to a shop to have them spot weld the H pipe in place.

Also got my Billet works candy blue shift knob in today and ordered a custom painted and engraved rear seat delete. Not to mention my cervinis hood will be here hopefully in about a month.

I will post all of this to my build thread on here if anyone wants to give that a follow so you can see each new modification.

I see that you have real silver snitch on your dashboard (at least it seems like real snitch, not platic molding!). Is this specific for the Heritage edition ? Was it in some optional package for 2018+ ?

In 2016, it was called Premier Trim option when I ordered. I know the name changed later but don't recall what or if it went away or became standard or merged with something else at some point. It was real stiches but not necessarily silver. Mine has red stiches to match the upgraded red leather seats.

Was one of 2 options you rarely found on a lot. The other being the optional nickel painted PP wheels that added $200 to the Performance Package option. I can only assume the bean counters thought they were nickel plated instead of nickel paint. But would have cost me more money and hassle to have the cheaper black ones re-coated nickel.
