Hi all, new to the forum and first post. I was curious if anyone has dealt with Levittiown Ford to order parts recently? I know experiences have been generally positive in the past but the latest feedback I have found on here was early 2025. A quick Google search shows recent reviews are not as positive as usual. I need to order a carbon 350r wheel so if I can save some money through them I will. Thanks for any information.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

@LevittownFordParts (Benny) Is the best, gold standard, full stop. I’ve spent a decent amount of money with them, and quality is what you get, service and otherwise. They also ship UPS, which is a plus, as the packaging always comes in great shape. I will say as well, when I’ve ordered things in the past and they come with factory defects, they make it right as well without hesitation.

I went and read those recent reviews, and those guys seem like one off, inpatient buyers to be honest.

Overall I’d highly recommend them, and would not be nervous at all about spending your money there. They pass my test and I’m OCD as all get out. These guys will tell you, lol.

I ordered the Ford Performance forged crank gear. I received an order acknowledgement via email and a further email when it shipped. From order to receiving the part was eight days including a weekend and I’m in the UK.

Earlier this year I ordered a 6-pack of Ford Performance oil filters from them. After a couple of weeks no delivery and no communication except a vague "we're working on it" e-mail, I called to learn that they were backordered. A couple more weeks of no news, I tried several times to call and there was no answer. No e-mails either. Had to cancel payment through my credit card. I'll never buy anything from them again.

100% Positive from me as well - made a number of orders, Benny and the team have all been incredibly responsive, helpful and kept in touch through the ordering / shipping process which is important for me here in the UK. Everything also arrived in perfect condition and faster than expected like @Tinpot said.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and will do whenever I need any US spec parts we can't typically get here.

No comment on @Mach 307 's level of OCD but I'm fairly, err, finicky too ;)

Absolutely - many times - and he's been able to identify P/Ns of things that are buried deep in the car and hard to identify - like piece of F150 tailgate assist (that sits inside the tailgate and you don't really have a clue how it looks). Benny is truly an expert when it comes to Ford parts.

I ordered ford performance shocks, struts, and springs from benny he got me a better price than anyone online by a good amount during a time most places didnt have the shocks and struts in stock that I wanted, they also came super fast and benny has helped me with other things as well

Shipping can take a few days and shipping is usually on the expensive side, which offsets the prices for some items, so depending on the thing I will still buy some larger/freight type things and smaller parts from the local dealership to dodge the shipping prices, but I always check Levittown first and if I’m ordering it online, I’m ordering it from them. They get it.

Will add another positive for Levittown. As others have mentioned, the shipping can get expensive, but Benny usually has a code for a discount on that. They’re also really helpful finding part numbers.

They’re awesome. I had a very niche part NO ONE could find, he was able to track the part number down, reference, etc and get me the right part I needed. My go to now, for sure.
