Re painted the letters red of my trunk lid cover - will install in a day or two after it thoroughly dries.

what did I do to my mustang today? well let's see, I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced because of some amazing drivers doing 5 million miles per hour on gravel and flinging it all over the place. Now I have an amazing 3 feet crack smack in the middle of it. g*d damn b*******s .....

Replacing the alternator, and voltage sensor didn’t fix my issue… battery is new from last year, but that’s the next thing. If it doesn’t remedy the issue it’s going to take some real digging because I’m completely out of ideas at this point.

Code is: U3003-17.

Looks good Roy. How are they affixed to the trunk liner? Are they pinned in or 3M tape?
Thanks MAGs1 they are pinned in. The PINS are also covered with carpet material to blend in

No. That sub code, 17 is high voltage. That’s why I replaced the alternator (since 2018+ had the voltage regulator internal) and the battery current sensor.

I had the tint removed in advance of moving to a state that has inspections and doesn't allow my tint. Shame because it was in perfect condition. I then burned both of my hands on the steering wheel and black metallic powder coated shifter on the way home in addition to it being very noticably hotter in the cabin. I will miss the tint.
