Jumping into the supercharger/oil pump gears install on my 18 GT, PP1, 6sp, with 74k miles. I can tell you up front, the oil pump gear swap is not an easy or quick process. However, I figured I would show some interior engine pictures of what engine deposits have occurred after running mostly PUP 5w-30, Motorcraft filters, plus Ceratec, for the last 8 years. I change the oil when the MIL light tells me so roughly every 9-10k miles.

Yes, very clean. No need to change your oil, all 10qts, every 3-5k miles. Just wasting money.
Depends on your driving conditions etc

Highway miles in a warm weather state is different than cold weather, stop and go, short trips etc

Whats the oil analysis say? Looking at the insides of your engine doesn't seem to be a very scientific way of testing your oil change interval. I've never ran 10k intervals on anything. Not that i wouldn't ever, but i'd need some data first.

Haven’t done an analysis. Just an observation on how well good synthetic, good filtration and regular oil changes, keep your engine clean.

Change it as you like. This was for average city/highway driving, running it up through the gears a few times a week.

Do you use an engine flush before draining the oil?
