Ford Netherlands has officially announced that production start is delayed and they will no longer be able to deliver any of these mishaps this year. Because of a 50+% raise in salary in kind taxes on electric company cars next year there will probably be a boatload of cancellations with people switching to Tesla.

I have no idea what you're getting at here. For starters, what is a "salary in kind tax"? And why wouldn't Tesla be negatively affected as well?

But Karen wants to finally drive a mustang...and I bet she'll drive it like an asshole too.
Oh it is most definitely going to be a Karen car.

Resurrecting this thread is as bad or worse than resurrecting the thread about putting a Godzilla engine in an S550.

He's in the Netherlands, so probably means there's some kind of big tax increase on electric vehicles there.

That won't be a problem when the Mach-E out-accelerates your "real" Mustang.

Lol you must be one of the ones that suckered into pre-ordering one
Isn't it fact by now that EV's will 90% of the time be faster all the time?

I'm liking the idea of Godzilla engine in the Karen mobile though! @Mikthehun1

Why all the hate? Seems like anything good for Ford would be good for Mustang owners, and it seems kind of cool that a Mustang would be the first main stream American muscle car to go electric.

Admittedly I'm not a traditionalist, but i think the car looks good too.

For most of us "stoplight drags" are not why we buy a Mustang.

Why the hate? After 129 pages you still have that question?

Time to post this one again. The Mach E can’t be delayed long enough.

obspsd....you got it almost right......this is the next Ford to get the Mustang name......not sure why people will hate on it either....looks great and is good for Ford to capitalize on the Mustang name.
