Are you absolutely sure that those rears are 20x10 with a 40 offset? I wouldnt go by what the box said or what u ordered. I'd take one wheel off and look and the stamping on the inside of the wheel and make sure thats what the offset is. Those seem to stick out much more than mine. I run a 20x10 +40 offset with 305/35's on a pro kit and dont stick out that much. Just take a look at the engraving on the inside of the wheel to make sure they are indeed 20x10 +40. Thats all I can suggest at this point.
Seconded. Those don't look like 10" et40s.

I pulled off the wheel...it's a 10" with +40 offset. Looks like the pilot super sports run wider than a normal 295. I am hoping I am at 0 negative camber and will get an alignment done friday and shoot for something like -1.7 on the rears. Fingers crossed that I can get this resolved...

If you're really at 0 camber, each degree negative should move you in at the top crown of the tire about .400". Usually when dropping a car, camber moves more negative. Sure you're at zero? If you are, an alignment should cure it. IIRC rear camber spec is -1.5° ±.75°. At -1.5° you should be fine. Just don't have them get carried away. The more negative you go, the faster you'll wear the insides of the tires.

And yes, those puppies DO run wide for a given size.

Best of Luck!
That is all...

thats fine. you dont have to be a fan. the problem with this thread is.....there doesnt seem to be a deffinition of aggressive. to my knolledge in the first guy running 10"wide with et25. also 285s on all corners. i wouldnt call this a normal setup....but nor is it 22's on airbags...maybe thats what your looking for

Aggressive and flush are very subjective words in the wheel world, everyone has their own take on it. thats the beautify of fitments.

Bathurst 20x9.5 +35 and 20x10 +40.
Michelin pilot super sports 275/35 and 295/35.
Lowered with Eibach pro kit.

I hope some negative camber tucks these in enough as I am getting rubbing on the rear tires on bother sides. Any other thoughts or suggestions? I tried to stay in the range of what others have done...

Update: adding -1.7 negative camber to the rears fixed the issue and I am almost exactly flush now. Test drove and no more rubbing. Thanks for the input!

Here's a pic post alignment:

Here's the rubbing:
Hey, my fitment is identica and same eibach kit! I had those rubbing marks, and for me anyways, it wasn't rubbing on the metal but the inner wheel well liner stuff.

So it looked like in some spots on each rear fender, that fuzzy, cardboard like liner was sticking out a bit. After using a dab of JB weld on the spots (to keep it attached to the inner metal) the rub marks went away on the tires.

Hope thats it and helps.

Had to chime in, mine ran wide, too: 20x10+40 (Niche) with 295-35-20 P Zero's, had to go from about -1.0 to -1.5 so they weren't literally sticking out, lol ...
