Installed my DD 4th brake light kit today. I bit of a pain. but I got it all to work

Is it really that hard install? I've read couple people say that had trouble with it.

For me and a few others, it turned out to be just the red wire going into the connector that seemed a little difficult. If there's anything I'd suggest, it'd be to never pull the red wire from underneath the car and to look inside of the connector with a flashlight or something to see which way the wire should be put in, or just keep twisting it until it works. I needed a tiny flathead to add a little force because just pushing it in didn't work for me.

its not at all. if you watch the vid on cjponyparts.com before makes it easier. it really shouldnt take more than a 1/2 hr, i did mine in 15 minutes

I would love to receive mine. I was notified Monday it was shipped with the expected delivery day: Thursday, December 10th. Last confirmation was Dec. 8, 2015. Package left Hazelwood, MO. USPS strikes again!!! This is the last item I order from a vendor that uses the postal service for delivery.

Put the stock 18" premium wheels and tires back on, sold my Niche's. It looks so strange with the stock wheels after having the 20's on for so long.
Now I need to get my ass in gear and figure out what tires for the M350's.

Holy shit 18" make the Brembos look crazy haha! What size tire you going with? 285/40? That's what I had on my 13 GT 18x10 square setup and it keeps close to the stock overall diameter to not mess with gearing really.

According to a few other members in another thread, we paid too much, 5starr0. They mentioned other bulbs on ebay for a mere $20 bucks. I wonder about the quality of those though.

Was the install as easy as DD's video makes it look?

Ebay/amazon bulbs work great

Install is a piece of cake

Well id rather go with a company name rather than eBay. Yeah the instal was very easy, passenger was a little harder for some reason but very quick and painless. I'll do the third brake light this Friday
