What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

it's good to see it on sale finally but steeda power pack still wayyyy cheaper. $567 for the steeda package(this past weekend before BF sale now it's just 15% off) vs steeda+ngauge+lund is still $807currently if you buy ngauge+lund from beef and intake from steeda. cost even more if you want jlt plastic or painted.

it's why I had to go the steeda package and see how their tune is for that big of a price difference. worth a shot. seen no complaints so far either. Just personal opinion but I wouldn't get the price difference worth out of the ngauge. I'm going to just flash and put in the glove box. Any gauges I need to see ever, I'll just use my obd2 adapter that I paid $5 for and an app on my phone.

now just waiting on my steeda tune so i can get the intake on!

yeah i was wondering how the steeda vs lund tune was but for the price difference i can image it is worth it unless you are doing some pretty heavy upgrades in the future

I can't speak for everyone, but I decided to go with Lund because my research led me to believe he was the leading tuner for the s550's. I assumed tuning for the s550 coyote was no different than my s197 coyote. I was wrong. I found out Lund was amongst the first to figure out the s550 and I would get the most out of what I was paying for, in safety and in power. I only wanted to spend my money once.

How did you get it for that price? Was that a temporary sale?

Posted earlier about problems with the car wobbling @ 40+ mph. After an alignment, 3 different shop balances, and a Ford dealer that kept the car for 2 weeks without any solution. Things have been fixed! Best part is, all that cost no more than $200 total. I went to a Ford dealer that is the local Ford Racing specialist; had the car put on the road machine, and found out the problem was the tires. Long story short the tires aren't perfect. The tires were spun on the wheels, and reset with a balance. The fronts are within spec's, the rears are out 6-8 each, I can live with that, no more wobble! He's dirty, but demanded pic's since he was feeling so good!

^^^ Yep, always best to have a road force balance done to detect any tire defects.
