I also preferred Steeda over Ford Performance. Steeda's have a larger contact area on the hood. Provides better strength against flexing.

I got the interior all sandy (and hurt my knee) because there is a park by my house that has sand volleyball, was driving through it and saw (2) young 20's girls in bikinis getting ready to play. I strategically parked and walked around and asked if I could try since I never played volleyball.........i will have to vacuum my interior for about an hour but overall it was worth it!

Looks good. The more I look at the cowl stripe the more I'm liking it, considering it for mine. Is this one from AM and how was the install on time and difficulty? FYI, I can't see a straight line, I do not have a steady hand, and I have Zero patience. LOL

This is the one from AM. The install took 15 minutes with two people and was pretty easy. I sprayed down the graphic and the hood with a mixture of water and soap (tiny amount of soap). This will make things easy if you misalign it. After that, I squeezed the water out with the applicator that came with the graphic and then took a hair dryer to it. A word of warning, check the applicator for any rough edges/burrs. I didn't and put a few fine scratches on the vinyl.

After about 2K it gets better MPG...even when laughing like a lunatic and drifting down side roads. Of you truley worried about MPG get a Prius and hug trees.

Made the fiberglass tubs for the two 10s that will go in the pockets in the trunk. Tomorrow will be getting the rings in place, fleece, and glassing the front side.

Bought a car cover off AM. It was on sale for $209. I only drive my mustang 14 days a month when I go to work. It gets really dirty just sitting. I'm hoping this takes care of the dirt....

Along with the light switch came the rear fog light assembly. Comes pre-wired with bulbs, I'll have to check but with my luck the harness is different. No problem either way since I need to run wiring from the dash anyway. I also got my Diode Dynamics sequencers.

Today I was forced to join "MMA"....Mustang Mod Anonymous I admit that modding is a problem and my spending for mods is unmanageable. I'm in the program so I truly hope I don't offend any Friends of Bill W out there :cheers: I gave her a good wash and ordered the True Carbon Dash, Window switch covers, coin tray and door sills They will get installed week of 11/09 with my remaining mods (Whipple SC, Bassani 3" Catback, Eibach Pro-Kit, Blowfish Bracket, Etc, Etc..) sitting at Hillbank Motor Sports for when they return from SEMA. have a great Sunday everyone :cheers:
