Glock 22 IWB summer comfort holster. Spare mags in glove box of all cars.

The fact that I carry everywhere is the reason I did not want the recaros. Premium seats are good enough.
Thats why i go appendix 99% of the time lol. damn recaros :headbonk:

Oh god I must be old! I'm old school combat engineer (Panama, Chad, Kuwait) and I never used the term can. It was always a suppressor. To quote my Top "Boy, no weapons fire is silent." How things have changed. Good job guys, this enemy's a bitch!
Suppressor is a more PC and scientifically accurate term, as how you said, no weapon can be silent. The ATF recognizes them as silencers because politicians.

Can is slang and is most commonly heard on one of the shittiest gun forums on the internet (ar15.com)

thehighroad, Thefiringline, various state-specific boards, silencertalk.

AR15.com is the mall, and AR15s are literally the ricers of the firearm world. A forum focused around that is like a stance-nation meet. Everyone's talking about the coolest new trends in accessorizing their fantasy 'zombie killing/SHTF rifle' and whether or not to cerakote FDE because we used to be fighting in desert or OD because we might be fighting Russia soon, because ya know - gotta look operator as fuck....in the surburbs.

Seriously, there are few to no good resources on that forum. For history/gunsmithing info and to learn about stuff that's actually interesting or uncommon, arfcom is not the place.

Another sig p938 here. I like the manual compartment in the glove box. I have a soft padded pouch it sits in so it doesn't rattle. If it's not in there its IWB. As others have mentioned, the seat bolsters make IWB difficult and I'm not a huge fan of the pistol pointing/pressing down on my crotch.

Hmmmmm...........the handgun / AK section (and the shotgun sub section) of AR15.com that I visit is full of valuable info. The Equipment exchange is full of parts, I usually find anything I need on there within a few days.

I dont ever browse the actual AR15 threads, I dont own an AR15

when I do have it I keep my Springfield Armories Loaded 1911 in the glove box. I want to get a small glock to keep in the car but im worried about the police out here. its a sad day when someone cannot protect themselves or property from some asshole who doesn't give a shit.

As a CCW myself, the most crucial part of carrying is the ability to quickly and smoothly draw - how are you guys with the firearms in the glove box / console able to get it out quickly? I carry IWB w/ a StealthGearUSA and it's good enough to sit on most of the day and easier to draw. I've pondered a type of in-car holster but can't rectify one that would be easy/inconspicuous to draw from and LEO-friendly out of plain sight. Was hoping this thread may have an answer.

I don't know what that means but the term sounds hilarious.
operator as fuck?
its the civilian guys who show up to gun ranges with their plate carriers and armor, magazine pouches all over the place, an ar-15 that has an aimpoint sight, 2 point sling, back up iron sights, foregrip, bipod, and any other gear they got from magpul. also will have a pistol mounted on their plate carrier and some stupid hat with a Velcro patch that has the punisher logo.
also known as gear queers.
they like to practice "drills" they saw on youtube. and prepare for the incoming invasion.
I keep my plate carrier and some SAPI plates from my Marine days but will never take it out unless some shit really hits the fan.

I carry a sig p320 on my hip IWB Holster. Or sometimes just put it in the center console.
