Console concealed firearm carry

Moving the thread over here discussing console carry.

As I said in the previous thread. I've been designing a console holster specific to vehicles including the 2015 Mustang. Also a part specific to the pistol, in this case a Taurus PT145.

That G19 wont' fit in the mustang console will it?

I made one for an XDS45 but I kinda destroyed it trying to use a router to cut the mounting slot in the bottom of the kydex part. I'm probably gonna try to make another one for it sometime this week. I'll post us pics. Is yours an XDS or a regular XD?

XD compact.. i havent tryed fitting any of them in there yet so i really dont know.

Nope... Would have to buy a smaller gun. None of mine will fit, but that's OK, I'm not a fan of nines anyway.

BTW, nice job though. Looks like it came from the factory like that.

My question is why you would do this in the first place? Personally I carry my sidearm where it belongs...on my side. If I go somewhere that doesn't allow concealed carry (bank, bar, etc) then I leave it under the seat. You live in Texas so I guess I don't understand the logic?
