Any changes to the 2016's suspension wise in the performance package?
I know the 2015 had some issues with soft dampers/floating, hoping they improve that for 2016.

Any feedback out there about this?

Thanks

No real outright differences, but most probably (as with the later 2015s) somewhat more consistent build quality all-around.

well got rid of those springs anyways in favor of lowering lol...but not they aren't horrible by any means but they are obviously have more float than aftermarket lowering springs.

I wish they would get rid of the Pirellis on the performance pack...

I don't understand the hate for these tires. They're working very well for me.

put on real tires and youll see a big difference. Good tires will transform a car.

Maybe soft is the wrong word, lots of complaints about boucing/floating issues on track, just hoping Ford might have improved that from last year. Aftermarket shocks will help, just aren't many out yet.
The floating issues are due to the soft bushings between the rear subframe and the body. The entire subframe along with the wheels attached to it literally floats inside them. Replacing those soft rubber bushings with solid ones (Ford Racing M-5872-M or BMR BK048) or at least reinforcing them (with BMR CB005 or Steeda bushing support) will address most floating issues. For even greater feel, replace the soft toe knuckle bushings with bearings instead (Ford Racing M-5A460-M) and watch the PP suspension really come alive. Stiffer springs & shocks might help a little but they will not address the real problem of a floating rear subframe which causes bouncing and wheel hop issues.

Probably true but people are putting Koni's and Viking shocks on and reporting much less bouncing. I just thought Ford might address that on the 2nd year run of the car's PP.

We should get a stickey that explains that there are no differences in the new model other than paint, sync, and turn signals.....
