I literally just finished putting Steeda Axle Backs w/H-pipe on and it sounds amazing. Relatively quiet when I'm just cruising around and sheer pony car nirvana when I nail it, especially in Sport mode. I've witnessed what you're talking about with the A10 as it progresses through the gears in...
When I first checked in to this page, I was driving a Black 2015 GT and living in Greensboro. Sooo...I guess I should check in again, as I am now driving a Rapid Red 2020 GT and living in Durham.
Only time will tell. A product standing on its' own merits is true of any product; whether it's considered an evolution of the Mustang line or not. To that end, Ford using the Mustang name plate to help foster that success is the right move; especially if they've done their due diligence to...
Failing to innovate = Natural Selection. I think this move by Ford is a stroke of genius. Use arguably the most iconic name plate in automotive history to essentially launch their EV portfolio. I, for one, welcome the decision and look forward to seeing what product comes of it.
Just couldn't find that happy medium between performance and practicality (for the segment). As others have stated, competition is good. This decision hurts the entire segment in the grand scheme of things.
I have this argument with some of my Camaro buddies all the time. The Camaro is the superior PERFORMER IN INSTRUMENTED TESTS BY A MAGAZINE ON A CLOSED TRACK. That, in no way, makes it the superior car. For some reason, that's hard for them to understand. Sometimes, it's all about the...
I couldn't disagree more. I think 300 units will be gone before you can blink, even at that price. On a personal note, this Steeda rendering is the best looking 18 I've seen yet.
Well...to be honest...I don't have a ton of test equipment strapped to my car when I'm running on the streets. The dirt road drag race is more applicable to my driving situation than the instrumented testing on a closed course. The Mustang won were it counted to me.
Fiat has already done it. Look at their vehicle line up. I think Ford does a pretty good job of reading the writing on the wall. I don't believe this was a decision that was reached without significant consideration.
