The Ford rep who I talked to last week, called to say she has no new info for me about my order and no idea a bout an ETA. I told her I already cancelled my order, bought a Camaro and that their customer service is terrible. She apologized and said have a nice day
Enjoy your cars, I'm sure it will be awesome, I have ordered cars before and had issues but never was left hanging like w/ ford. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere. Best of luck.
I went to the railyard in Benicia, gave vin# and acted like I was somebody and almost got in the see our cars, but after lots of discussion and calls to higher ups, wouldn't let me in :(

Don't know. So Ford rep told me she had no more information to share than what I already knew. Thanks Ford! Too bad the Camaros are so ugly, they are quicker and handle better than the stang, just can't get past that frickin ugly body.
Ford Regional rep called back, said there is no hold as far she can tell, didn't know anything about a hold or seatbelt issue. Thought it's just waiting for transport to dealer. So, still no ETA.
I see some Orange cars with black and some with orange rear diffuser. I am looking at a new GT at a dealer and it has orange diffuser. Is it an option to choose diffuser color?

My dealer doesn't return my calls anymore. I would check in about once a week. The salesman said he has never seen anyone trying to track their order like me. :shrug:
