I have AAA and the Ford insurance too. But from personal experience I've been 4 miles from home on my Harley and waited 3 hours for a flatbed to take me home. I can just see me on the way to Yellowstone and getting a flat and having to wait there. To each his own.
It would be a long wait at the tire shop near Yellowstone as not many small town shops stock our tires. I prefer a spare, just not easy on a mustang. I have a spare on my truck and when I'm towing my stangs to the track, I have a spare plus extra trailer tires.

I think the earlier years of Brembo brakes had smaller calipers than the 2015's which gave more wheel options.

The 2013-2014 (maybe other years also) Brembo/track pack calipers were actually wider than the 2015 Brembo's if I remember correctly. Smaller but more width as compared to ours.

That may be true. It seems that my research found that the rotors on the 15's were actually larger that previous years which is why previous year fixes won't work on the 15's. The only thing I didn't try was to buy a spacer that actually bolts to the hub and see if by adding 1 1/2" offset if the stock spare wheel would get past the rotor and caliper.?? Decided I had spent enough money and stopped.

The UK isn't very big... Why not just get a tow?
joke??

You realize from the UK, north to south is 1,400 miles.

And you can easily get to mainland europe and drive for EVER.

No, I'm being quite serious. Why would you tow it from north to south when there are at least one to two "tyre" shops in every village/city. I've been to the UK (I work globally), and it's a good bit more densely populated than the US. you don't get 100-200 mile stretches of highway where there's absolutely nothing.

A tow truck fee to the garage from the highway side would be fairly cheap. Even when you're out in the sticks.

Was that an intentionally ignorant statement? Would you like to pay for a tow truck from Maine to North Carolina?

See above comment...

How much would an extra rear tire stick up in the back?

Maybe a custom floor cover in the trunk would be the easiest solution. I personally don't care really if there is a hump.

The easiest would be to just put it on top of the floor, cause none of it fits in the hole.

Some folks use the standard spare anyway. If they have a flat on the front, they put the spare on the rear and put the rear on the front.
This may not work if the wheels are staggered on the PP
