The 2019 models are on the edge of my budget currently. With all the above said, have the 2019 engine upgrades contributed to a significant improvement in oil consumption/engine issues the earlier GT350 model years had?
Thanks for the feedback everyone, greatly appreciated. The piston rings are definitely something to consider, sounds like overall there hasn't been a significant amount of changes prior to the 2019 model years.
Likewise with no drone, touring as well.
Check the install. If not resolved I would reach out to AWE, potentially got a faulty muffler or something if that could be a thing.

While it's been a good run with my 2015 GT, I'm in the market for a GT350 (2017+ model years).
While I'm researching on the side, I was hoping some of you scholars could help me out with a few questions below.
Any noteworthy (under-the-radar) changes between 2017 > 2018 model...
Had multiple Delta cars (2 turbo Cobalts, Ion Redline, supercharged Cobalt)
LNF reacts well with minor mods, cant speak to other items on the HHR.
Expect carbon build up on the intake valves like any other DI engine.
Unfortunately not.
Getting up there in miles (62k) and Michigan winters probably sealed the deal.
When I was younger I had a couple of Cobalt SS (turbo) and this was a common problem if you don't tap them out/lubricate every now and then.
Common problem on most Brembos when driven in winter climates and not serviced frequently.
