Someone asked for this and I thought it would be interesting. Did you pay more or less than MSRP? How much more/less? I made it private so people won't see who you are in case some want to remain anonymous. I tried to do quite a few categories so we can get a good feel for what the cars are going for.

So far the stats are:
36% say under MSRP
57% say MSRP
7% say 1,000-2500

I decided to post this because I assume the numbers will shift over time, so I'd like to see a record of some of the changes.

Interesting that most deals are very close to MSRP. I hope that continues!!

Great Idea....
I'll keep my eye on this post daily.
Any chance you could post the total number of votes?

+1. Delete the poll and make the next one public so you can see who voted for what. No way that many people have gotten under MSRP deals based on the threads being posted in here.

Bingo! This holds true for the other SVT cars in the past. GT500's, etc. Very, very few people got them below MSRP.

As we have all these folks that have gotten a brand new released car with all the goodies, and getting them below MSRP? They need to show proof:D

Should have included an "under Invoice" option too. I bet you'd have seen some votes for that as well.

The only car I paid MSRP for was my FR-S because of the Scion flat rate pricing.

2005 GT - $500 over invoice
2010 GT500 - $1k over invoice
2011 GT500 - Invoice
2013 Boss 302 - Halfway between MSRP and Invoice
2014 GT500 - Invoice
2015 GT - $1000 under Invoice back in Nov

You have to know how to deal!

Most deals will be around MSRP for the first six months. Some will get lucky with under MSRP deals while others with more money than sense will pay ADM.

You don’t want to know
I got mine under MSRP, $1.00 LOL
You know what dealers say: "Buyers are liars."

If you read all the threads, almost all of the under-MSRP deals are $1-$10 under (including one for $0.80 in Canada) just for bragging rights. I tried that, but my dealer just laughed.

So, if I paid MSRP and got free oil changes for as long as I own the car, is that an under-MSRP deal? :p
