Invest in a Rupes or Griot's DA polisher ($500 if you add in polish/sealant) and spend a few hours learning to use it.. or pay $1k or so for a full correction and paint protection.

Saw a post saying the headers were designed by Watson Engineering, so those should be good to go. I'd imagine high flow or removed cats along with removing the resonators will give more of the typical "flat plane" sound.
