422whp/425wtq on our stock engine so far, looking for more as well with a turbo switch.

Adam, if you window the block or throw a rod will you tell us?;)
(not that it will happen of course)

He did state that he was going to find the limit of the stock components. I would assume that means he intends to test till failure, usually when a rod fails the block suffers...

Exactly, that is what this testing is all about. We have reached the limits of the 5858 on this engine, if we had the 5862 like we will be shipping with our kits we would easily be making 435-440hp. We are preparing to swap on our cylinder head that we have been developing, see what gains there are to be had with the 5858 from just the head. From there, we will toss on the 6466 and let it buck.

I have attached the dyno graph in SAE and STD. I run my dyno in SAE and post all my numbers in SAE, but I wanted to show the difference to the community as many do not seem to understand the difference.

Seems kind of a low RPM for the the rod to exit the block. I would have thought that it would be closer to redline when it let go.

Was the car putting out 400 wtq like the next poster alluded to(an estimated 470 tq. at the crank with 15% drivetrain loss)? I thought it was putting out an estimated 400tq at the crank.

Bgolden please clairfy.
Car was well over 500 at the Crank. I am attaching the dyno graph when it let go. It was at 460 torque to the wheels SAE, and 477 STD. I do not offer this tune to my customers. It was for my shop car only.

What information would you like? If you look back a few pages you can see the rod. There was no knock in the log and the ECU was adding timing.

Adam,

Can you please leave discussion threads to discussing the motor instead of spamming your products. You have a thread to discuss your turbo kits, but this isn't it.

That's a lot of torque especially at a low RPM, What is that right around 2,800rpm?

Wow those graphs look pretty impressive it's a shame the rod went but how it such a sharp curve from 2000 RPM the torque sky rockets

Yes we were out there late last year. At the current moment we are waiting on a turbo for our car and the plan is for it to be up and running next week.

Stop by the shop and say hi.
