Expect it to be similar to stock location FoST kits.

That would line up. [emoji6]
I've got everything ready to rock, even down to my ATP modular DP. A tricked out 2013ish GT by my house has pulled up to me a few times, wanting to play. Next time he does that, he's going to hear a jet noise and see my back license plate. Muhahahaha.

I've talked to ATP and they said they will have stock location turbo upgrades plus more. So expect a couple different variations from them.

Yep, that's right. They'll have stock location kits like the FoST kits currently on the market, but then they're also doing some really big monster kits too. I cannot wait for these to hit the market.

Is that 2500 going from 100% stock to 420 hp
Just checking their website I would say no. That looks like just the turbo swap to me. You'd still need at least an IC, DP and tune on top of that $2500.

Still dying to know expected max HP for stock location turbos and more about these monster turbos? Do these "monster turbos" move out of the realm of bolt on and require multiple hours of paying a trained mechanic to install?

No, they're just too big to use stock components, like downpipes, intakes, etc. The monster kits will be 800+ hp setups.
