We have a drive select mode. I did not think it effects anything except stabilize control on manual car. but it does.

wet/snow: mode cut my throttle response.
Sport+: give me more direct throttle response than Normal.

i do like Sport+ mode.

the Problem is it resets every time i turn engine off.

What i want to do is make Sport+ mode as default as when turn on engine or just car remember the last drive mode and recalls the setting like steering setting.

Do you guys have any idea? please let me know.

I think a custom tune will fix this problem. You will have to customize it so that the tune runs the same specifications for Sport+ in Normal Mode. Otherwise the only other option is to set it each time, which is more logical and will save you the cost of a tune.

I don't get it, why people don't want to flip those cool shinny switches? Its a blast, gives you a feeling that you are not in an ordinary car! Come on now lets flip them together!

Yeah, since it changes traction control settings, legal mandated that Ford have it reset to normal every time the engine is cycled. That's why the steering will stay in what you leave it (unless you change that option I believe in the apps area) because it doesn't change any of the nannies.

The legal mandate really should be on its own switch then.
