I'm ordering one tonight. Which one would you order and why. I will probably only track my car 2 to 4 times a year but my goal is a 10 sec car. However, I want it to be reliable. I don't feel like having a "I blew my motor" talk with my wife.

If a 10 second full weight car is what you're after, better get the Whipple.

Yeah, I am going to leave my car full weight. I stripped my EVO to get into the 10s but I am a little older now. I love the 2015 interior compared to other cars.

What made you go with the Whipple over the FRPP Roush if you don't mind me asking? Trying to make the same decision myself.

I went with the Roush because my tuner does a bunch of them (Roush dealer). Probably not the best reason but from all of my reading either was easily capable of providing the HP numbers I would like to see. Pulley changes and new tunes...

We were able to get Evo his Whipple. I honestly like both. Whipple has a lot more room to grow but either will honestly make you happy and get you to power levels beyond what your engine can handle.

Install on the Whipple is easier; no grinding or cutting the k brace. Also, the Whipple kit has more room to grow. I'm having everything installed now. I hope to have results soon.

Are you using Whipple's tune or having a custom done? This might be a stupid question but I'll ask it anyways: are you worried about the SC causing problems with the car and having Ford tell you to "take a long walk on a short pier" as it was? (and I am aware of the laws that are us to mod cars)

If you blow your motor or grenade your transmission or half shafts with a supercharger installed, fully expect Ford to void most (if not all) of your powertrain warranty. Makes sense since you're basically increasing HP by 60% in some cases.

I'm having a custom tune. I'm not worried about warranty. If something breaks I will replace it with better parts.

Keep in mind we've been doing the timing cover modification since 2011 with no issues. It's not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be.
