I currently run 93 makeing 672 and 724 on e85 with the 120mm pully. My build is gen 2, ess 120mm pully, KPM 1000HP RETURNLESS SYSTEM, FIC1000, LTH Catless MBRP exhaust, tuned by Rob Shoemaker

Heat, detonation, bad gas or poor tuning kills engines. Stay away from that and you are good.

The 120mm makes 8psi but due to the way ESS rates them it will actually make more like 10

Yeah I'd definitely go with the 125mm if you at to keep the boost down closer to 8.
