Looks like it. If my car had that id keep it. Just strip away what you need to.

A tip for putting the seat back in, use the seat belt and buckle it on both sides to hold the seat belt latch through the little opening while you maneuver the seat back in.
Cool, do you know if that door trim piece has to come off? Or is seat bottoms off the only clearance I need. Struggling to find a good guide for this one

The bottom seat is the only thing that needs to come off. You can pull the back rest down to give you access to the trunk and route the wire through that way if you're mounting it in the trunk. Other than that no other stuff needs to be removed. The grey plug there in your picture is all you need to get at for the BAP. The BAP is the easiest part of your installation. Haha

Okay I am really confused right now, what exactly do I have to use a drill for?

I watched this guys guide and there was no drill used
Do I not just sand down this spot that the bolt from the fpdm was previously in, then ground it there?

I guess you should pull the panel off... I forgot your bap doesn't have long enough wires to mount it in the trunk. Should of got a JMS bap. LOL.

You can go by the video or the instructions. The important piece is having it installed and set up correctly. You can mount it whenever you please and it fits.

Yeah I just got the optioned one from ESS, the VMP plug and play. I guess this one doesn’t need to be drilled if you mount it in the panel , makes it easier for me, I didn’t need to pull the panel off, just removed the foam underneath it by lifting it up. Just need to go find some sandpaper

Check out that 3 minute video I linked, he used the provided sticky velcro to stick it behind the door panel, and just grounded it through the hole thats already drilled, I have the same kit as him. Was he wrong or is the advice for drilling from a different kit? Mine is the plug and play
I run the vmp bap but its similar. I used the sticky tape under the side trim and it holds up fine. Had mine installed for almost 4 years and over 60k miles with out issue.

Did my second log today, 3-6k rpm, even on a slow throttle to 6k it pulled so hard. Genuinely can’t even believe an idiot like me got this car to start and not break 2 miles into driving. I appreciate all of you guys for helping. Now the only part that scares me is how loud my damn engine bay is, are gt500 injectors noticeably louder?

Yes any time you pull the rubber baffling off the fuel rails, it gets much louder. My last car was loud. My current car is even louder. It's very noticeable inside the cab. It's normal.

That's awesome. I'm so glad this went well for you. You are going to LOVE that thing when you cut loose on it. Be careful, go easy and learn the new power curve.
