Thank you for the quick response and do you find that importing is smoother than using higher cost local sources ?

The parts look pretty good with the QC in place.

Good Work....
Thanks Joe. If you have additional questions about our processes, please shoot us a PM!

Thanks

Just ordered in red piping. It's going to look awesome with my red MMR intake that I have coming too.

Catch Can Technical Question?
How much more oil vapor is captured using the 'dual valve' set up versus 'single valve'.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I have assumed that the second 'valve' is to collect oil vapors generated during boost when the turbo is activated.
If my driving is typically 90-95% highway driving with little speed variation, the turbo probably won't come on very often, correct?" If that is so, there shouldn't be much extra oil vapors.
Except for UPR, the other manufacturers seem to be producing just a 'single valve' setup. Are they assuming that the vast majority of driving will be 'non-boosted'?
So is the dual-valve setup mainly for those drivers who tend to have many hard accelerations?

The UPR Dual Valve is designed to deliver protection from boosting your crankcase during WOT and help the overall performance of the vehicle more than it's design for scavenging additional oil. Every time you go into Wide Open Throttle you are now forcing pressure in the crankcase from the PCV system as well as the blow-by that gets past the rings.

In turn you are creating a reverse pressure against the bottom of the pistons and basically air locking the crankcase and that is the reason so many systems push oil out both the clean side line. When oil should only be traveling through the dirty side line, but when the engine is in boost it locks the systems and forces air and oil out both the clean side and the dirty side.

This is a big no no for performance and when handled properly you will improve performance and greatly increase the longevity of the engine and eliminate oil travel from going backwards out the clean line.

Remember the clean side line is supposed to be for the fresh air to enter the crankcase and the dirty side is for the bad air carrying the fuel and oil mist out of the system.

Hi Joe,

Any ETA on the rest of the parts for the no drill system yet so you can start shipping?

Thanks!

Sure will! We will be assembling the lines this week to ensure the connections are properly clocked for an easy installation!

Thanks for the order and the kind words! We've already released our oil cooler kit for the EB and we are working on radiator development.

Will the 'new' dual valve order area supersede the older order? I will want to order the 'new' dual valve setup with the 'OEM' connectors/no-cut-no-drill. I don't want to receive the older setup.
