I read about this clutch controller here and I've been really considering it. I was curious if anyone has any firsthand experience installing it or atleast using it and your thoughts overall. Is it worth the money?

Thanks!

I don’t have the Bang Shift Billy clutch controller, but I do have the Clutch Tamer Hitmaster clutch slipper system on my car. It requires a great deal of trial and error to dial it in. while it does work, I never got mine dialed in to perfection. To do it right will take multiple test passes at the track (regardless of which system you run).

I do think this system has saved and/or preserved my drivetrain from the shock of hard launches. Many people disagree with it and some have suggested that I take it off of my car, but IMO, it needs to be on there to help parts live a happier life. I think you should get whichever system appeals to your taste and have some peace of mind.

Well, I think I'm going to bite the bullet and order the Electronic Clutch Controller. I keep hearing at my horsepower level, I will need to slip the clutch some on launch. I figure the best way to do that will be with a controller. Let's see how it goes.
