your car would be perfect for testing at lake Madison , ice drifting track. Get some spikes 👍👌

This. I live near there and would love to see it.

I had one more chance this season to go to the 1/4 mile track and I wanted to push it a bit harder. I put in some DSS rear axles so I was not afraid to drop the clutch. But the big change was dropping down to a 2.7in pulley from a 2.9. That upped the boost from about 14 to 16+psi. I was trying to run just 93 pump gas, but I have been having some tuning issues and thus to be safe on my last chance for the year I did add some Boostane to the tank to let it rip.

You can see the results below, 10.79 @ 132MPH. On the previous run with a botched launch it broke 133mph. Considering it weighs about 4190lbs with driver and a half a tank a gas, it is making some steam. Remember this is a manual transmission car optimized for the street with 295 35 R19 Continentals, no drag radials, organic clutch, full weight, etc.

The weather was perfect and I had a great time.

I need to get more practice launching. I tried using the built in "launch control", but I got my best time the old fashion way. If I could get another 1/10 out of the 60ft (1.6) it would be a 10.5x car. I think that is doable next year after I swap to 4.1 gears, practice more and improve the tuning.

More importantly, I was trying to stress test the drivetrain and it handled it with flying colors. I drove the car an hour and half there and back and it didn't miss a beat.

Don't know if you covered it on a previous video or not, but, why do you have a paddle-shifter steering wheel on a manual car?

To confuse people 😁

The car came with a GT500 steering wheel that was installed by the previous owner. I have been to lazy to remove the wheel to take them off.

I say repurpose the paddles for something like a meth injection trigger or maybe an interrupt switch to the transfer case for on the fly burnouts.

If you can make use of the paddles without listening to the bits in the CANBUS, you can do a lot of nice things with them.
It's unclear to me whether the signal from the paddles is available as an "analog signal" or just as "noise" in the CANBUS.
