What about the 3.73 gears and the front limited slip?

I have not driven it enough yet to get a valid opinion the gear ratio change. But I think I may like the 4.09 a bit better, but I am not in a hurry to swap back.

What is noticeable is the front Truetrac has made it a bit more "darty" under throttle. Not in an unacceptable way, but noticeable. It is hard to explain, but one of the huge advantages of the AWD is unlike traditional Mustangs you can floor this thing in the middle of a turn and it just goes with very little drama. It still does that, but I think it added a bit of understeer as the front diff tries to lock up a bit. It is early, I will see how it goes. It is an interesting experiment for sure.

Yesterday we put it up on the lift and ran it up to speed. We then just felt around to try and figure out where the vibration was coming from. It seemed pretty obvious that it is the rear differential. When touching the rear differential while at "speed" there was a serious rhythmic vibration.
My grand dad was a mechanic in Iowa for 50 years. He'd take a crow bar or screw driver, place the handle end to his ear tight and the other end to a part he may suspect was causing issues. Works great for spinning components and vibes.

My dad gave me one of these over 50 years ago and I used it on my gt in order to tell if I had the dreaded tap on my 2018. with it I could tell it was coming from the high pressure injectors
