Hi guys, quick introduction — I’m purchasing a 2020 Mustang GT with a Whipple Stage 2 supercharger. It also has Kooks 2-inch long-tube headers (catted) and a Corsa Performance Xtreme cat-back. The car has 32k miles and was supercharged at 20k miles.
I had a few questions about reliability. I asked some people what work I should get done, and they told me I should replace the OPGs and sprocket ASAP, as well as upgrade to stronger half shafts. Do I really need to get both of these done, or is one more important than the other? And should I avoid doing any digs with the car until I get it done?
Another question I had: the car currently stalls/turns off when the active exhaust is set to Quiet mode. The seller has had the car mechanically inspected and there don’t seem to be any issues, so would that point to a tuning issue?
Apologies if some of these questions have been answered before — I’m new to the platform and Ford in general.
