Nice! I have turdcrete on mine but I'd rent a drill & do some core drilling if needed be. Ill look it up thank you!Itās a Champion TP10F-HD.
No footings for the pillars, I had the entire garage floor poured with 4000 psi concrete at 6ā thick.
Yep, thatās a bridge I refuse to cross lolFlorida and no AC? I guess that's not going out on the street much.
I was young once and hacked up an V6 Malibu with factory AC to put in a small block 350 in it. It was a mistake when I was 18. It get hot and humid here in the Baltimore area. I can't imagine not having AC on a car in Florida. I know Adrian isn't going to hack his car up and it will certainly be able to be put back in. That being said, I agree with it being a bridge too far for me. Hell, my next car better have a heated steering wheel. I have gotten to the point where THAT is a deal breaker at my age, lol.Yep, thatās a bridge I refuse to cross lol
No sir, no hack job at all. I will carefully remove it and store it in the attic, in case I ever change directions with the car and decide to reinstall it. Tbh, the only time I used air in it was when my wife rode with me or on a long trip. Iām in the position to where I have to do what it takes to complete the project.I was young once and hacked up an V6 Malibu with factory AC to put in a small block 350 in it. Custom ac lines....Correct, itās not a daily driver. I wish I could keep it, but thereās just no way to clear the AC lines.
ā¦you know they have an amazing little invention, I believe itās called a āmopā and it makes pulling the heads a no-brainer š«I spent quite a while with a small syringe sucking coolant out of the water pump and heads. I imagine there must have been at least a gallon of coolant extracted. I want there to be little to no coolant in the motor whenever I get around to pulling the heads.

I put a large low profile pan under the car and pull the water pump, then reinstall. Pull pan out and pour into container.ok, hold upā¦you gonna hafta explain this little bit of OCD

but the bigger question I have, is why are you pulling the heads to install a turbo? Maybe I should read your parts list![]()
Haha! When I installed the MMR head cooling mod a few years ago, there was a whole lot of coolant that hit the floor. I had coolant trapped underneath my-d cable/hydraulic line tray for the lift and it wasnāt fun cleaning that mess up. If I had the cables running overhead like some lifts, you betcha I would have mopped it right up. I do have a dust mop thoughok, hold upā¦you gonna hafta explain this little bit of OCD
