I have a 2016 Mustang GT

Looking to add yellow koni adjustable shocks front and rear.

I already have steeda progressive springs on them. Is anyone else running this combo?

Will it ride like stock? My concerns are will there be any significant changes in comfort. The springs have been great but would love to make some more upgrades.

Will also be adding steeda front and rear sway bars

This is my daily and occasionally will see mountain roads. So the main goal is to maintain the comfort of a daily driver

Well the plus to adjustables is you have a pretty large range of settings to work with from not enough to probably too much.
They ride fine, you’ll be ok.

no, they shouldn't. They might make some normal shock sounds (quiet squish squish).

They're not the highest quality shock but you can do a lot worse. Over the years I've used them on Miatas, BMWs and of course on the Mustang for ~3 years. If you get down and adjust them up and down once and a while (stiffer for carving back roads and high speed lane changes), they can be a ton of fun.

What's the desired outcome? Ride comfort will suffer.

I had two sets of new Koni Active that were defective as was the third warrant set they were about to ship.

Maybe adjustable are better QC I understand most leave them on full soft which is same as the str calibration.

The desired outcome - I guess the progressive springs and stock shocks have been good. No sounds and the comfort is amazing still. Don’t want to sacrifice that. Want to make sure that this is really an upgrade more than anything rather than putting them on and have some cons come with it.

Penske coilovers for $8k. Then you got like MCS coilovers or similar for $3k-5k.

I run a ProParts coilover which is better quality than stock for ~2.4k?

Konis yellows aren't looking too bar for the price eh?

If you don't need adjustability, people like ride on the Ford Racing Track shocks and the Bilstiens. I like the Konis because the adjustments let you find a sweet spot for your tastes, which is worth a lot IMHO.

1" Eibachs with Koni adjustaable's all around set on the softest ride on 20" Project 6GR wheels. Ride's pretty much the same as these cars aren't known for a nice ride and with this setup there's zero rubbing.

Try slightly higher than the middle setting in the front, and slightly lower than middle in the rear. Should ride even better.

Are or aren’t? Do you regret putting the koni shocks on?

I wouldn't touch it except maybe eibach or GT350 front sway bar if want more cornering precision. Alignment specs can do wonders top.

Aside from lighter wheels, sway bars, and vertical links every mod that's an upgrade for track or hard street / mountain speeds will be a downgrade for comfort seeking driver.

I wasted so much time and money on B6 and Koni. PP1 dampers are perfect for my use which is no more than 50% above legal limit at times.

ford performance track shocks and call it a day imo. They’re right in the middle of soft and firm, adjustable shocks are kind of gimmicky for a daily driver.

If you're after an immediate low cost easy improvement to ride and handling just replace the rear shocks - the stock ones have really sub optimal rebound dampong - with B6 or Koni Actives (what I'm running, just don't use a rattle gun on the top nut of any Koni ever and you'll be fine). If you can DIY you'll have it done under an hour and no alignment needed.

My 2c.
